Basically, if you need an inspection done, give us a call. We'll do our best to make sure you get what you need.
Please do not base your inspection on which inspector will do it the cheapest. Have you ever heard the
saying, "You get what you pay for?" Well, there has never been a more appropriate place to use it than here.
Your home is a HUGE investment and you want to make sure you have an inspector that knows this full well. Our
costs are competitive and we strive to always make sure that our quotes are fair and honest. In addition, once
we have given you a quote, the cost will not change, even if we make an error. We will always make sure that enough
time and attention has been given to you and your home. We will rarely, if ever, do more than two inspections in
one day. This means we have the time to make the money you spend, worth every penny.
Your Texas Home Inspection is a very important part of your purchase. We understand that fully. Therefore, your
report will mirror that fact superbly. Our "normal" method of delivery is via CD, which will be given to you on the
day of the inspection. However, you can also have your report emailed to you, your agent, or whomever you wish.
In addition, we can print it for you, if that is what you desire. Or, lastly, we can do all of the above and it will
not cost you anything extra. No problem. Later on down the line, if you have lost it and want to see it, just give us
a ring and we can send it to you again, as we will keep it on file indefinitely. Remember, customer satisfaction is our
